Most people want to reach their potential in work, and for their colleagues to have equal opportunity to do the same. But in many workplaces, sexism is a real and tangible barrier that stops women from progressing. 

This course, led by the founders of Men for Inclusion and the author of ‘The Accidental Sexist’, aims to equip men to advocate & provide allyship for women in the workplace so that we can all access a level playing field. 

Gary & Mark share their personal journeys of becoming conscious allies, as well as the benefit for everyone when we embrace inclusion. 

Learners will consider sexist language & gender bias and its impact, and get practical guidance on how to lead the changes needed to remove barriers for women and to shift the culture.
